Sweet Tea

What makes summertime great?  Sweet Tea of course.  Instead of mixing up regular batch of sweet tea, try this adult version.

1 1/2 oz Hennessy

1/2 oz Grand Marnier

2 oz iced tea; sweetened

1/2 fresh lemon juice

All all of the ingredients into a shaker and shake over ice.  Serve in an ice filled glass with a lemon slice.  To save a step I used sweetened tea, but if you only have unsweetened ice tea then add 1 oz of simple syrup.

Mango Lemonade

1 1/2 oz Hennessy

1 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz mango puree

1/2 oz simple syrup

Soda water

Mix all of the ingredients; except the soda water in a shaker and shake over ice. Pour into glass filled with ice and top off with soda water.

Between the Sheets

1 oz Hennessy

1 oz light rum

1 oz Grand Marnier

1/2 oz lemon juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake over ice.  Pour into a glass filled with ice.

Berry Deluxe

1 1/2 oz Hennessy

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/4 oz grenadine

1/2 oz raspberry puree

1/2 oz pineapple juice

3 oz champagne

In a shaker add all ingredients except for the champagne.  Shake over ice and pour into glass filled with ice.  Top off with the champagne.

Summer Slow Down

1 1/2 oz Hennessy

3/4 oz Sloe Gin

3/4 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

4 dashes Peychaud bitters

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake over ice.  Pour into a glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon slice.
