Low-No Carb Pizza
I am in the carb watchers camp. So, pizza is usually off limits. But when cravings happen, you have to give in … but this is the way I can enjoy pizza and still stay on track. I made this a Hawaiian Pizza, but feel free to top yours with whatever you like.
Lightly spray a 9 x 13 pan. Mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese with a hand mixer until combined. Spread into baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes – or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Top with your favorite pizza toppings. I used pizza sauce, Canadian bacon, pineapple chunks, black olives and mozzarella cheese. Bake for another 8- 10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
And whatever else you would like! Be creative!
